Five critical metals.
One factory floor.
THE PROCESS
We designed and built the core equipment from the ground up: our own carbochlorination reactors, molten-salt electrolysis cells, and magnesiothermic-reduction reactors.

THE FIVE-METAL ARCHITECTURE
Five Metals. Two Paths.
For each metal, Duranium designs the carbochlorination reactor around its feedstock and chemistry. Those reactors produce chloride intermediates that follow one of two downstream routes.

Magnesium comes first
because it is both a product and a production input for three other metals.

CLOSING THE LOOP
TURNING CO₂ BACK INTO FEEDSTOCK
Beyond the core production stack, Duranium is developing MMOS,the Molten Materials Oxygen Stripper. The Duranium-designed reactor converts carbon dioxide from carbochlorination back into carbon monoxide for reuse as feedstock.
