The Raw Material of Progress
Duranium is rebuilding America’s ability to make critical metals
Five metals. All critical
Magnesium, titanium, zirconium, hafnium, and aluminum
The destination: one industrial campus
Five distinct metal production systems, integrated at commercial scale
A new American metals industry
Domestic production built to compete globally on cost and scale
America has lost its processing capability
America does not lack raw materials. It lacks the plants and operating knowledge to turn them into critical metals

THE DURANIUM MODEL
Integration is how we compete on cost and scale
Duranium is bringing five distinct metal production systems into one industrial campus. Related chemistry, shared infrastructure, connected material flows, and operating knowledge lower costs and make greater scale possible.

MAGNESIUM FIRST
The first pilot system is operational
Our 15-metric-ton-per-year pilot uses a proprietary Duranium-designed carbochlorination reactor and molten-salt electrolyzer to turn magnesium feedstocks into metal.
